Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ku9site. We've written everything in plain language to keep things clear and straightforward.
Welcome to ku9site. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, betting features, and promotional offers available on ku9site. By registering an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.
We want every rule on our platform to be clear to you. That's why we've written everything in plain, straightforward language instead of complex legal jargon. If you still find anything unclear, feel free to reach out to our support team — they're always ready to help.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated in May 2026. Registered users will be notified in advance of any future changes.
These Terms apply equally to the ku9site website, mobile browser version, and any future applications. By using any ku9site service, you confirm that you are a resident of Bangladesh, are at least 18 years of age, and that online gaming and betting are not legally prohibited in your area.
To create a valid account on ku9site, you must meet the following requirements. ku9site reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized login, contact our support team immediately.
Placing bets on another person's account, using multiple accounts within the same household to claim bonuses, or coordinating syndicate-style bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.
Ku9site is committed to keeping payments simple and transparent. Deposits and withdrawals can be made directly via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

To withdraw deposited funds, you must wager at least that amount in games at least once. This is known as the "one-time rollover" policy and is followed to prevent money laundering. Separate wagering requirements apply for withdrawals from bonus balances.
KYC verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. Having your national ID uploaded in advance will speed up this process.
Ku9site regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below.
New users receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered a set number of times (typically 20×–30×). See the bonus offer page for full terms.
Always read the full terms of a bonus offer before claiming it. In many cases, accepting a bonus means wagering requirements must be met before even your deposit can be withdrawn.
All games and betting services on ku9site are operated through internationally recognised game providers. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads.
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server or network issue, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned. However, the results of rounds already completed will not be changed. The game provider's server logs will serve as the definitive record.
Ku9site believes that gaming and betting are a form of entertainment — they should never be seen as a guaranteed source of income. The wellbeing and financial security of our users are our top priority.
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, relationships, or finances, contact our support team right away or read through our Responsible Gaming section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku9site. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
If prohibited activity is suspected, ku9site may temporarily suspend the relevant account pending a full investigation.
Ku9site takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party — it is only shared on a limited basis with partners required for KYC verification and payment processing.

Ku9site reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance via their mobile number or email.

Check this Terms & Conditions page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent changes.
If you have any questions or concerns about our terms, please reach out to our support team. We typically respond within 24 hours.
If a dispute arises, please contact ku9site's support team first to resolve it. For disputes involving game outcomes, the game provider's server logs will serve as the final authority. For payment disputes, always keep your transaction reference number on hand.
